Service Agreement

By using A3S (Accessibility as a Service), you agree to these terms. Our service provides comprehensive accessibility auditing, WCAG compliance monitoring, and expert remediation support to help organizations achieve and maintain digital accessibility standards.

Service Scope

A3S provides the following services:

  • Automated and manual accessibility audits
  • WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA compliance monitoring
  • Section 508 and ADA compliance assessment
  • Expert remediation recommendations
  • Legal documentation and compliance reporting
  • Ongoing monitoring and alert systems

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate website information and access credentials
  • Implementing recommended accessibility fixes
  • Maintaining current subscription payments
  • Notifying A3S of significant website changes
  • Cooperating with audit processes and requirements

Service Limitations

While A3S provides comprehensive accessibility services, we cannot guarantee complete legal immunity from accessibility lawsuits. Our services significantly reduce risk and provide strong legal documentation, but accessibility compliance is an ongoing process requiring continuous attention.

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Monthly or annual subscription billing
  • Custom pricing based on website complexity and requirements
  • 30-day payment terms for enterprise clients
  • Service suspension for overdue accounts
  • Refund policies as outlined in individual agreements

Intellectual Property

A3S retains ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, and software. Clients retain ownership of their website content and data. Audit reports and recommendations become client property upon payment.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. A3S reserves the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or violation of terms. Upon termination, clients retain access to completed reports and documentation.
